- Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Southeastern Pennsylvania worked with its statewide partners to advance the creation of the Energy Independence Greenhouse, funded through the Commonwealth’s recent $40 million allocation from its Energy Independence Initiative. The Greenhouse will be focused on developing companies and commercializing technologies for energy generation (solar, wind, clean coal), conservation (smart meters, high performance buildings), and transportation.
